With a background in anthropology, sociology, and cross-cultural studies, and over a decade of working one-on-one with people at important turning points in their lives, I’ve built my career around helping people figure out what comes next.

My work has taken me through education, career consulting, HR, and coaching. I’ve supported people looking for their first job, professionals considering their next move, and newcomers building a career in the Netherlands. I’ve also led HR for Dutch organizations, advising managers on employee relations, performance, and HR decisions.

What ties these experiences together is my belief that work is about much more than a job. It shapes how we spend our time, how we see ourselves, the relationships we build, and the life we create around it.

I’ve lived in four countries (Russia, USA, Germany, and the Netherlands) and speak five languages (Russian, English, Dutch, Spanish, and German), so navigating different cultures and ways of communicating has been a big part of my own life. It has taught me to question assumptions, stay curious, and look at situations from different perspectives. This also shapes how I work with others: with openness, curiosity, and without assuming there is one right way to do things.

Today, I combine this perspective with professional coach training through an ICF-accredited programme and hands-on experience in HR and career development.
